In the upper-left portion of the screen a Support telephone number is displayed
(see Figure 8.2).
You can reach Technical Support by calling (800) 311-5452, or you can send an
e-mail to the following address:

Device Registration and Device Information
The following information is displayed in the Device portion of the screen:
• Device Registration Status (including a Re
gister Device button if the
device is not yet registered)
• Name (i.e., the device name)
• Serial Number
• Product ID
• Bundle Version
• Operating System (OS) Version
• Bootloader Version
• Firmware Version
• Registry Version
•Cable ID
To register your device:
1 Touch the Register Device button in the Device portion of the screen (see
(Figure 8.2).
