Adding a Wireless Network
If the network you want to connect to does not appear in the list displayed on the
Wireless Networks screen (see Figure 6.3), you can add it.
NOTE:
i It is recommended that you employ the assistance of the designated IT
person or network administrator at your location prior to adding a wireless
network. There is required information that you will need to gather prior to
proceeding.
To add a wireless network:
1 Touch Add Wireless Network at the bottom of the Wireless Networks screen
(see Figure 6.3).

2 Fill in the following fields:
—Network Name
Check the Hidden check box to hide the network name.
—Authentication (select from the drop-down menu)
—Security (i.e., select the type of security tha
t safeguards the network from
the drop-down menu)
