You
can restrict access to certain channels
using your own lock code.
The
lock code
is
set
to
"0000"
as the default.
Change the lock code before you use this
function for the first time (see "To change the
lock code").

1 Make sure that the AMP button
is
lit.
If
it
is
not lit, or
"GUt
MODE" is not
displayed
in
the display window
of
the
receiver, follow the steps given
in
"7:
Operating the receiver using the GUI
(Graphical User Interface)" (page 41).
2 Press +,+ repeatedly to select
"SIRIUS," then press
<:B

3 Select a channel you want to
lock using Category Tuning

(page 88).
4 Press OPTIONS, then press +,+
to select "Parental Lock;' then
press

5 Press +,+ repeatedly to select
"ON," then press

"Enter your 4-digit lock code." appears.
6 Enter your 4-digit lock code
using the number buttons.
'The
channel has been locked." appears
and the Parental Lock
is
set.
To delete the numbers you have entered,
go back
to
step 4 by pressing RETURN/
EXIT

and then repeat the procedure
above from step 4.
