6.3.1
Default profile
The default profile is available after installation and contains basic configuration settings, which
can be adapted to your specific requirements.
Settings are made globally or locally depending on the user role.
Further profiles can be created and edited. A group profile can thus be created for different
user groups for which field-specific settings are required, for example. Profiles that you create
yourself are referred to as group profiles.
6.3.2
Profile management
Profile management is possible when the system administrator has enabled the function
Enable Group Profiles.
The application administrator can assign area-related settings to individual user groups and
assign these settings as a group profile.
Group profiles can be created, edited, and deleted for different user groups.
A group profile can be assigned in the
Data Entry
menu on the
Team1
tab.
