• Apply THREAD LOCK “1303” to the bolt

• Tighten the bolt

to the specified torque.
J99000-32050: THREAD LOCK “1303” (or equivalent)
" Recoil starter friction plate bolt:
5.0 N·m (0.5 kgf-m, 3.5 lb-ft)
• Pull the rope and check that the ratchet is pushed out.
