INSTALLATION
Install the cam chain and cam chain tensioner in the reverse
order of removal. Pay attention to the following points:
• Install the cam chain tensioner 1, spacer 2 and cam chain
tensioner bolt 3.
• Tighten the cam chain tensioner bolt 3 to the specified
torque.
 Cam chain tensioner bolt: 10 N·m (1.0 kgf-m, 7.0 lbf-ft)
• Install the cam chain 4 to the crankshaft sprocket
.
NOTE:
Make sure that cam chain engages properly to the cam chain
drive sprocket.
• Install the cam chain guide retainer 5 and tighten the cam
chain guide retainer bolt 6 to the specified torque.
 Cam chain guide retainer bolt: 10 N·m (1.0 kgf-m, 7.0 lbf-ft)
• Insert the cam chain No.1 guide end A into the recess B of
the crankcase securely.
• Fit the projection C of the cam chain No.1 guide 7 in the
groove D of the cylinder.
• Install the magneto cover and magneto rotor.
