HANDLEBAR SET-UP
1 Throttle cable (Pulling cable) b 190 mm (7.48 in)
2 Throttle cable (Returning cable) c 2 – 3 mm (0.08 – 0.12 in)
A Marking d 121 mm (4.76 in)
B Forward e 175 mm (6.89 in)
a 145 mm (5.71 in) f 14 – 16 mm (0.55 – 0.63 in)
*1 Align the matching surface of master cylinder with marking.
*2 Align the matching surface of clutch lever holder with marking.
*3 Tighten the lever side bolt first.
*4 Align the matching surface of throttle case with marking.
*5
Align the “ ” mark on the left handlebar grip with marking.
*6 Apply adhesive to the handlebars and inner of left handlebar grip.
*7 Set the velcro of handlebar pad to backward.
*8 Align the matching surface of handlebar holder with marking.
