This byte is encoded with each bit indicating the status of a separate function
Command Status Response
//Loj6 Bit 0 0=Tape Speed Fast (wind or rewind)
1=Tape Speed Normal
Bit 1 0=Inside the Search Interval
1=Outside the Search Interval
Bit 2 0=Early Interval (Start Time, Forward Playback mode)
1=Not Early Interval
Bit 3 0=Forward command is asserted
1=Forward command is not asserted
Bit 4 0=Reverse command is asserted
1=Reverse command is not asserted
Bit 5 0=Record command is asserted
1=Record command is not asserted
Bit 6 0=Stop command is asserted
1=Stop command is not asserted
