Inspection after assembly
After assembly, perform a leak test using the apparatus
shown in the figure on each circuit.
1. Connect the pipe (3) coming from the hydraulic pump
(2) to the shaft (1) side port.
2. Connect the pressure gauge (5) to the hub (4) side.
• Increase the pressure gradually to 20.6 MPa while
adjusting the relief valve (6), and then perform a 1-
minute leak test.
• Open the neighboring ports on both sides and
check visually for leak from the ports.
• Check for external leakage by carrying out a color
check.
