1.3 General Notes Concerning Safety
WARNING:
Due to the nature of their work, a service technician may have to bypass
normal safety interlocks and features to carry out some of the
instructions in this manual.
Always restore safety interlocks after completing work.
At any risk or danger, disconnect the mains cable at the rear of the
machine before removing any covers or servicing the machine.
DANGER TO HANDS:
Remember, to take extra care when covers have been removed.
Beware of fast moving mechanical parts, especially when covers are
removed.
Always replace covers after completing work.
ELECTRIC SHOCKS:
Improper work on the electrical components can lead to life threatening
injuries from electric shocks! Unprofessional handling or incorrect
connections can result in the Nvision no longer being safe for operation.
Electrical work shall be performed only by qualified personnel.
Remember, to take extra care when covers have been removed or
circuit boards unplugged.
Never leave a part-serviced machine connected when unattended.
