1. Locate the Circuit Board Illustration
a. In the instrumen t ide nt ify the Assemb ly Number of the
circuit board in ques tion. T he Assemb ly Number is usu ally
printed on the upper 1eft corner of t he ci r cuit board on the
compo n ent side
b In the manual locate and pull ou t tabbed page whose title
corre sponds with the Asse mb ly Number of the circuit
board. Cir cui t board assemb ly num bers and board
nomenclature are pr in ted on the back side of the tabs
( fa cin g the rear of the manua l).

Compare the circuit board w it h its ill us t ra t io n an d l ocate
the desir ed compone nt by ar ea and shape on th e i llust ra -
tion.
