11.2 Multicast VLAN
11.2.1 Overview
On this page, you can configure multicast VLAN values for certain WAN interfaces to access certain
network or services, such as IPTV services.
To access the page, log in to the web UI of the ONT and choose Admin > Multicast Vlan.
11.2.2 Set multicast VLAN to watch IPTV programs
Assume that you have subscribed to the IPTV service from your ISP and it is included in your
broadband service, and the VLAN ID of the IPTV service is 10. When you want to watch IPTV
programs on the TV, you can configure the multicast VLAN function to reach the goal.
Configuring procedure:
Step 1 Log in to the web UI of the ONT.
Step 2 Choose Admin > Multicast Vlan.
Step 3
Choose the WAN interface that includes the IPTV service, click in the line of the
interface, and enter 10 in Setup Multicast Vlan (empty means not to set up).
Step 4
Click Apply.

When the multicast VLAN is set successfully, the multicast VLAN ID you set is displayed under
Multicast Vlan. You can watch IPTV programs on the TV through the set-top box connected to a
port of the ONT.
