14 PRELIMINARY OPERATIONS
The measurement and equipment actuation modes are compliant with the provisions of the
standard:
•
ISO 10604
In any case, observe the provisions, laws and regulations in force in the
country you are working in.
For a correct photometric analysis:
•
the device and the vehicle must be positioned on a suitable work surface;
•
the vehicle must be in conditions which will not jeopardise the results of the analysis;
•
the device must be level with the work surface;
•
the device must be positioned correctly with respect to the vehicle;
•
the device and the vehicle must be correctly aligned with respect to each other.
