The headlight adjustment operations aimed at correcting the projected light
beam must comply with the vehicle manufacturer's provisions.
11. Once the analysis is complete, position the device in front of the second headlight,
moving it on its wheels without changing the height of the optical box and the distance from
the vehicle.
Changing the height of the optical box as well as the distance from the
vehicle may compromise the results of the analysis.
12. Carry out the photometric analysis on the second headlight.
13. Carry out any operations required to correct the light beam. *
(*) NOTES:
The connection with a diagnostic tool (VCI) allows the following:
•
automatically preselecting the type of light of the vehicle headlights;
•
selectively activating the headlight to test;
•
setting the headlight control unit in "adjustment" mode (if allowed by the vehicle
manufacturer).
For further information see the software Operating Manual.
