Flash Controller
The device contains flash memory for storage of program code. The flash memory is programmable from
the user software and through the debug interface.
The flash controller handles writing and erasing the embedded flash memory. The embedded flash
memory consists of up to 128 pages of 2048 bytes (CC2530/CC2531/CC2540/CC2541) or 1024 bytes
(CC2533) each.
The flash controller has the following features:
• 32-bit word programmable
• Page erase
• Lock bits for write protection and code security
• Flash-page erase timing 20 ms
• Flash-chip erase timing 20 ms
• Flash-write timing (4 bytes) 20 μs
