11 Disassembly
1 Disconnect the power supply.
2 Disconnect all supply connections.
3 Remove the work lead.
4 Disassemble the cutting torch cable assembly by applying inward
pressure to TCS plug while lifting TCS latch.
Insufficient cutting
quality.
Incorrect
setting for
output current.
Output current (amps)
too low/material too
thick.
Adjust the output current
strength to the thickness of
the workpiece.
Consumables
are defective.
Consumables are
worn.
Inspect consumables in the
cutting torch and replace, if
necessary.

Adjust the output current
strength to the speed at
which the cutting torch is
pulled and the thickness of

Remove contamination
and/or oxidation from the
