Communication
fault
• Communication error
between PLC and
the inverter for the
conveyor belt – FK2
• Communication with
the inverter has been
lost
• Reset error message and try
again
• If the error recurs – contact
service personnel
16 Communication
fault
The Magazine is empty • The magazine is
defective or the
settings on the control
are incorrect
• The settings for the
magazine are incorrect
• The machine will not
disable.
• Fill with forage
• Check the settings for the
R2 Magazine
• Check that the machine goes
to the fi lling position during
fi lling
17 Magazine fault! The machine has
slipped out of the load-
ing position in front of
the magazine during
loading
(more than 45 cm)
• The round bale has not
been fully loaded
• The settings in the
control for the
R2 Magazine are
incorrect
• Place the round bales
properly on the
magazine at right angles to it
Leave a bit of space between
the bales
• Check the settings and
function of the R2 Magazine
• If a round bale is hanging
between the magazine and
the machine, the
“Emergency Filling” function
can be used to load the bale.
• See the Forage menu
18 Feeding weight
error
The weight of the
machine’s
contents is not reduced
when the machine dis-
penses feed
• The machine is empty,
but the photocell does
not detect this
• The conveyor belt
does not run
• Clean photocell lenses
• Check adjustment on the
photocell
• Check the settings for the
conveyor belt
19 Weighing
system –
communication
error
Communication to the
weighing system has
been lost
• Incorrect settings in the
weighing cell amplifi er
• The weighing system
on the machine is disa-
bled, but it is enabled
in the system settings
• Incorrect settings in the
weighing cell amplifi er
• The weighing system
on the machine is
disabled, but it is
enabled in the system
settings.
• Check settings in the
weighing cell amplifi er
• Disable the weighing system
in the System menu if the
machine is not fi tted with one
