Grain feed 1 (2) exceeds
the pre-set “Max fi lling
time” in the settings
• Grain feed fi lling does
not work
• Contact rail for signal
transmission is not
working or is incor-
rectly fi tted
• Positioning of the ma-
chine in the fi lling bay
is not correct
• It takes longer to fi ll
up the grain feed tank
than the time
provided by the
“Max fi lling time”
• Upper tank sensor or
the sensor cable is
defective
• Check that the
grain feed silo is working
• Check that the machine
emits a +24V DC signal on
the grain feed fi lling
connector.
• Check that the contact rail for
signal transmission is
receiving a signal.
• Check that the machine
stops at the right place to fi ll
grain feed.
• Adjust “Max fi lling time” to
make it slightly longer than
the time needed to
completely refi ll an empty
grain feed tank.
• Check that the upper
tank sensor emits a signal

• The sensitivity of the
sensors is not adjusted
correctly
• The sensors or the
cables are defective
• The grain can be hard,
sticky or very light, and
this causes cavities
to form in front of the
sensor.
The sensor can thus
not "see" the grain
• Adjust the sensitivity of the
sensor. The sensor should
be adjusted into the tank so
that the tip is level with the
inside of the nipple where the
sensor is attached
• Change sensor
• Move sensor location
(Drill a new hole)
25 Empty machine -
Missed feeding
If the machine is
running in multifi ll
mode, and it is empty
when forage starts, then
this alarm is given.
• Check whether refi ll is
entered in sequence,
or if the refi ll quantity is
less than the amount
of feeding.
• Enter the command again.
