soft key LMT A, “A” will be displayed in the LMT zone. When press the soft key
LMT B, “B” will be displayed in the LMT zone. While press the soft key OFF, data
in LMT zone and the corresponding high and low limits will be cleared and be
displayed as “---”.
Where, DLY
parameter indicates the delay time from the last measurement of
each sweep step to the next sweep measurement. When the external bias current
source (such as, TH1778) is connected, the delay time of the external bias
current source can be used.
(NOTE: the delay time will be accumulated with the delay time in measurement
display).
