4.2.6 MM Command
The measurement range of the instrument is changed to the MANUAL mode.
Sets the X

,Y and Z setting ranges.
MM‗X[l]‗Y[m]‗Z[n] : l is the measurement range for X 1 to 5
m is the measurement range for Y 1 to 5
n is the measurement range for Z 1 to 5
"‗" indicates a space.
