To check if the sensor is working properly:
1. Manually rotate the circle counterclockwise approximately 1foot.
2. Slowly rotate the circle back until the chisel mark is in line with
the "A"-frame and stop.

beginning with the circle rotated 1 foot beyond the chisel
mark.
