Every100hours—Torquethewheel-lugnuts.
Every100hours—Inspecttheconditionand
wearofthetires.
Checkthetirepressureevery8hoursordailyto
ensureproperlevels.Fillthetiresto138kPa(20psi).
Also,checkthetiresforwearordamage.
Checkthewheelstoensurethattheyaremounted
securelyaftertherst8operatinghoursandthen
every100hoursthereafter.Torquethefrontandrear
lugnutsto102to108N∙m(75to80ft-lb).
Checkthetireconditionatleastevery100hours
ofoperation.Operatingaccidents,suchashitting
curbs,candamageatireorrimandalsodisrupt
wheelalignment,soinspectthetireconditionafter
anaccident.
Adjustingthe
Differential-LockCable
ServiceInterval:Every200hours
1.Movethedifferential-locklevertotheOFF
position.
2.Loosenthejamnutssecuringthedifferential-lock
cabletothebracketonthetransaxle(Figure44).

2.Checkandllalltires;refertoCheckingtheTire
Pressure(page23).
3.Drivethesprayerbackandforthafewtimesto
relaxtheA-arms,thendriveitforwardatleast
3m(10ft).
4.Measurethedistancebetweenbothofthefront
tiresattheaxleheightatboththefrontandrear
ofthefronttires(Figure45).
Note:Youwillneedaxtureoralignment
gaugeformeasuringtherearofthefronttiresat
axleheight.Usethesamextureoralignment
gaugetoaccuratelymeasurethefrontofthe
fronttiresataxleheight(Figure45).
Thefrontofthetiresshouldbe0to6mm(0to
1/4inch)closerthanthebacksideofthefront
tires.
