1.Aligntheactuatortothemanifoldvalveand

2.Securetheactuatorandvalvewiththeretainer
thatyouremovedinstep3ofRemovingthe
ValveActuator(page58).
3.Connectthe3-pinconnectorofthevalve-actuator
harnesstothe3-socketconnectorofthewire
harnessofthesprayer.
Storage
1.Positionthesprayeronalevelsurface,engage
theparkingbrake,shutoffthepump,shutoffthe
engine,andremovethekey.
2.Cleandirtandgrimefromtheentiremachine,
includingtheoutsideoftheenginecylinderhead
nsandblowerhousing.
Important:Youcanwashthemachine
withmilddetergentandwater.Donotuse
high-pressurewatertowashthemachine.
Pressurewashingmaydamagetheelectrical
systemorwashawaynecessarygreaseat
frictionpoints.Avoidexcessiveuseofwater,
especiallynearthecontrolpanel,lights,
engine,andthebattery.
3.Cleanthespraysystem;refertoCleaning(page
57).
4.Cleanthepistonsinthevalveassembly;referto
CleaningtheSprayerValves(page58).
5.Conditionthesprayersystemasfollows:
A.Drainthefresh-watertank.
B.Drainthespraysystemascompletelyas
possible.
C.Preparerustinhibiting,non-alcohol
based,RVantifreezesolutionperthe
manufacturer'sinstructions.
D.AddtheRVantifreezesolutiontothe
fresh-watertankandthesprayertank.
E.Runthesprayerpumpforafewminutes
tocirculatetheRVantifreezethroughout
thesprayersystemandanyinstalledspray
accessories.
F.Drainthefresh-watertankandspraysystem
ascompletelyaspossible.
6.Usetheboom-sectionliftswitchestoraise
theouter-boomsections.Raisethesections
untiltheyhavemovedcompletelyintothe
boom-transportcradle,formingthe‘X’transport
positionandthesectioncylindersarefully
retracted.
Note:Makesurethatthesectioncylindersare
fullyretractedtopreventactuatorroddamage.
