Maintenance Procedure
Every 200 hours
• Lubricate the driveshaft U-joints.
• T orque the wheel lug nuts.
• Check the rear wheel alignment.
• Inspect the cooling-system hoses.
• Check the condition of the alternator belt.
• Check the tension of the alternator belt.
• Check the condition of and tension of the PT O belt.
Every 300 hours
• Change the oil in the cutting-unit gearbox.
Every 400 hours
• Replace the fuel-lter element.
• Empty and clean the fuel tank.
• Inspect the fuel lines and connections.
• Replace the hydraulic uid and lter .
Every 1,000 hours
• Replace the front axle oil.
Every 1,500 hours
• Replace any moving hoses.
• Flush and replace the cooling-system uid.
