5.Placethedisconnectedendofthepumpdischargehoseintoalarge,
graduatedcylindersufcientenoughtocollect0.9L(32oz).
IMPORTANT
Whentestingthefuelpumpoutput,donotturnthekeyswitchto
theSTARTposition.
6.TurnthekeyswitchtotheONpositionandcollectthefuelinthegraduated
cylinder.Allowthepumptorunfor30secondsandthenturntheswitchto
theOFFposition.
Note:Theamountoffuelpumpedin30secondsmustbeapproximately
350ml(11.8oz).
7.Replacethefuelpumpifoutputspecicationisnotmet.
IMPORTANT
Ifthefuelpumpisreplaced,ensurethatreplacementpumpisthe
correctpumpforyourReelmasterbyusingyourPartsCatalog.If
incorrectpumpisused,thefuelsystemdamagecanoccur.
8.Connectthefuelpumpdischargehosetothefuel/waterseparator.Ensureto
securethehosewiththehoseclamp.
9.Primethefuelsystem;refertoPrimingtheFuelSystem(page4–23).
