DisassemblingtheRoller
1.Removethebearinglocknutfromeachendoftherollershaft.
2.Looselysecuretherollerassemblyinabenchviseandlightlytaponeendof
therollershaftuntiltheoutersealsandbearingareremovedfromopposite
endoftherollertube.Removethesecondsetofoutersealsandbearing
fromtherollertubebytappingonoppositeendoftheshaft.Removethe
shaftfromtherollertube.
3.Carefullyremovetheinnersealfrombothendsoftherollertube,ensurethat
youdonotdamagethetubesurfaces.
4.Discardthesealsandbearingsthatwereremoved.
5.Cleantherollershaftandallsurfacesontheinsideoftherollertube.Inspect
componentsforwearordamage.Also,carefullyinspecttheseatingsurface
andthreadsofthebearinglocknuts.Replaceallthecomponentsthatwere
damaged.
