4.Positionthecoolantreservoirandreservoirbrackettothefanshroud.
Securethereservoirbrackettothefanshroudandradiatorframewiththe2
button-headscrews(item29inFigure33)and2angenuts.
5.Ontheleftsideofthemachine,securethefanshroudtotheradiatorframe
withthe2button-headscrews(item29inFigure33)and2angenuts.
6.Removethecoversandplugsfromtheopeningsintheradiatorandtheoil
coolerandthedisconnectedcoolantandhydraulictubesthatwereinstalled
duringremoval.
7.Connectthehydraulictubestothestraighthydraulicttings(Figure34).
8.Connecttheupperandlowerradiatorhosestotheradiatorandsecurethe
hoseswiththehoseclamps.T orquethehoseclampsto3.4to4.5N∙m
(30to40in-lb).
9.Connectthereservoirhose(item26inFigure33)totheradiatorllopening
andsecurethereservoirhosewiththehoseclamp.
10.Installandsecuretheaircleanerinlethose;refertoAirCleanerSystem
(page4–12).
11.Ensurethattheradiatordraincockisclosed.
12.Toallowairtoescapeduringradiatorlling,removethepipeplug(item31in
Figure33)fromthetopoftheradiator.Fillthereservoirwithcoolant.
Note:Ensurethatthecoolantlevelinthecoolantreservoiriscorrect.
13.Applythreadsealanttothethreadsofthepipeplug.
Note:Ensuretoinstalltheplugonceallairisbledfromtheradiator.
14.Installthepipeplugintotheradiatoropening.
15.Addhydraulicuidtothehydraulicreservoirasnecessarytoraisethe
hydraulic-uidleveltotheoperatingrange;refertotheOperator’sManual.
16.Starttheengineandcheckforcoolantandhydraulicuidleaks.Repairany
leaksasnecessarybeforereturningthemachinetoservice.
17.Continuetoruntheenginetoobtaintheoperatingtemperature.Checkthe
coolantandhydraulicuidlevelsandadjustasnecessary.
18.Lowerthehoodandsecureitwiththelatches.
19.Installandlatchthescreen(item1inFigure33).
