INSTALL VALVES
(a) Place the valve spring seat on spring seat.
(b) Using SST and a hammer, tap in a new oil seal.
SST 09201-31010
(c) Install the valve, spring and spring retainer (or valve
rotator).
HINT: Install the spring in the correct direction as
shown.

HINT:
•
Thoroughly clean all parts to be assembled.
•
Before installing the parts, apply new engine oil to all
sliding and rotating surfaces.

Replace all gaskets and oil seals with new ones.
