Replacing the belt

Operating instructions: Belt conveyor TS 1208

5. Angle the pulleys (5), (6) on one side and pull them out.
 Drive- and deflection drum have been removed.
 Removing the belt
Carry out the following work steps:
 Take the belt out upwards.
 The belt has been removed.
 Inserting the belt
Carry out the following work steps:
 Place the conveyor belt centrally in the base frame from above and roll it
out.
 The belt has been inserted.
 Installing the drive-
and deflection drum
Carry out the following work steps:
1. Push the drums through the belt and insert in the recesses of the bearing
blocks from above.
2. Slide the flange bearing (1) onto the drive- and deflection drum as well
as onto the fixing elements (2).
