Maintenance and Adjustment
To Repl a ce a Bu l b:
Disconnect the battery, negative (black) lead
first (see page 14 4 ).
Remove the two fixings and remove the
lower yoke cover to allow access to the bulbs
from underneath.

Remove the bulb cover from the bulb to be
replaced.
Disconnect the multi-plug from the bulb.
Detach the bulb retainer from the hook on
the headlight assembly and rotate it away
from the bulb as shown.

Remove the bulb from the headlight.
Installation is the reverse of the removal
procedure, noting the following:
• Tighten the lower yoke cover fixings to
3Nm.
• Reconnect the battery, positive (red) lead
first (see page 14 4 ).
