Dialing with call charge assignment
You can assign external calls to certain projects.
Prerequisite: Project numbers (1 - 5) are configured for certain projects and
you have an account code (project code) for the project.
Dialing with project assignment
N Open the Program/Service menu  page 26.
j Enter a service code between 61 (for project number 1) and 65 (for project num-
ber 5).
j Enter the PIN.

j Enter the external phone number.
Then make a call as usual  page 29.
Call duration display
Call duration display is configured by the administrator. The display can show
either call duration or call charges. It can also be switched off.
The call duration appears in the first line of the display on the right as HH:MM:SS
and in 24-hour format. It is shown 10 seconds after the call starts.
The call charge display feature must be requested from the network operator
and configured by the administrator.

Project assignment is temporary. It is automatically switched off if you have
not used your phone, for
example, for five minutes.
