1Closetheshut-offvalveonthecoolantpumphousing.
Note:Intheclosedposition,thepinontheshut-offvalveshouldbehorizontal.
2Placeasuitablecontainerbelowtheltertocollectspilledcoolant.
3UsinglterwrenchJ48061orequivalent,unscrewthelteranddiscarditsafely.
4Applyalightlmofcoolantonthefaceofthenewltergasket.
5Screwthenewlteronthethreadednippleextendingfromthemountingange.
6Usingthelterwrench,tightenthelteronefullturnafterthegasketcontacts
thebase.
7Opentheshut-offvalveonthecoolantpumphousing.
8Checkforanycoolantleaks.
