withreplaceablebearings.Fiveoversizedreplacementbearingoptionsareavailable

Therearmaincap(No.7)includesanattachingpointforthelubepump.Thrust
washerstocontrolaxialmovementstraddlethecentraljournal(capNo.4).The
remainingcaps(Nos.1–3,5and6)arenumberedtofacilitatecorrectassembly.
ATeon®sealbearingdirectlyonthecrankshaftangeisusedatthefrontofthe
crankshaft.Thefrontsealhasanouterfeltringwhichservesasadustcover.Atthe
rearofthecrankshaftisanothersealthatbearsdirectlyonthemachinedsurfaceofthe
crankshaftgear.Additionallyattherear,thereisagrooveintherearcrankshaftange
foranO-ringwhichformsasealbetweentheangeandthegear.
