timinggears.Thepumpandcompressorgearsfastentotheirrespectivecomponents.
Thepumpgearisdrivenbytheauxiliaryidlergear.Thecompressorgearisdriven
bythedoubleidlergear.
Thedoubleidlerdrivestheadjustableidlerandthegearusedtodrivethepower
take-off,ifsoequipped.Thisispartofthe"REPTO-Ready"feature.APTOunitwith
drivegearissubstitutedforacoverontheywheelhousing.
Thecamshaftgearfastenstothehubontheendoftheshaft.Avibrationdamperalso
attachestothehuboutboardofthegear.Teethonthedamperactuatethecamshaft
positionsensor.Thegearisdrivenviatheadjustableidler.
