3.9 Teletext
To display teletext on the channels that offer it, press ‘ok’ on your remote control
and select ‘teletext’ in the action menu that appears. You can choose to display the
teletext on a transparent background, allowing you to continue to watch the broadcast
programme while viewing teletext, or on an opaque background for easier reading.
The ‘teletext’ menu appears only in the action menu of channels offering teletext.
Ifyou do not see a teletext menu, this means that the channel does not offer
ateletextservice.
Many channels offer subtitles for the hard of hearing via their teletext service.
3.10 Applications
The multimedia applications portal offers a set of interactive services free of charge.
You will have access to content such as weather, 35,000 radio stations and podcasts,
Marmiton, AutoPlus, etc. The availability of such content will vary.
To access your application portal, press on the ‘applications’ menu in the main menu
ofyour interface.
Then use the central keypad of your remote control to navigate within the applications
portal. Press ‘ok’ to start the application you have selected.
Press ‘TV’ on your remote control to leave the world of applications and return to the
television stream of the last channel you were on before entering the application portal.
Access to applications content requires a subscription to the VOO internet service.
3.11 Search
You can search through all the content available on your box. Either a simple search
by keywords or an advanced search by programme genre, type or format. The search
function is available from the home page and from the video on demand service.
The searches are based on the titles and descriptions of programmes as well as the
actors and directors of lms and series.
