5.1 FAQs
Presentation of the .évasion box
What makes the .évasion box so different from the VOOcorder?
- The interface of your box: you have easier access to your channels, your
recordings and your video on demand catalogue thanks to a new, more ergonomic,
fast and uid interface.
- Video wall: you have an overview of current programmes, and by programme genre.
- ‘Restart’: you can return to the beginning of a current programme, even if you have
missed the beginning.
- ‘Replay’ function: there is always something interesting to watch on TV thanks to
television on demand. It allows you to replay the TV programmes broadcast over the
last 7 days.
- Removable hard drive: your recordings follow you on all of your boxes thanks to
the removable hard drive. In addition, you can purchase other hard drives to keep your
favourite recordings in the long term.
- Recordings: your box allows you to record up to three programmes simultaneously
and watch a channel live or a VOD.
Recordings on the .évasion box
How to record a TV programme?
- To record a current programme, go to the programme’s action menu by pressing
‘ok’ on your remote control. Select ‘record’ the programme. You can then validate or
modify your recording. You can also programme the recording of future programmes
using the programme guide.
- The ‘R’ button also allows you to record immediately.
How many different programmes can I record at the same time?
You can record 3 programmes simultaneously while watching something ‘Live’ on

channel.
Can I schedule a recording, even when I'm not home?
You can now programme your recordings remotely via the VOOmotion application.
Youcan record a programme from your computer, tablet or smartphone without being
infront of your TV.
