disk space
When the automatic management of disk space is activated, your box
will automatically delete the oldest recordings to free up space for new
recordings. This only happens when you do not have space available on
your hard drive for a new recording.
If you choose manual management, when no disk space is available,
you will have to manually delete recorded programmes to enable
anewrecording.
You can protect some recordings from automatic deletion via the
‘actionmenu’ of your recordings.
