4.4 Messages
Developments or changes to your offers and some promotions will be sent by VOO to
your mailbox.
An envelope appears at the top of your screen when you have a new unread message
and the icon on the front panel lights up. If the content of this message is considered
important, you will also see the message title appear at the top of your screen
To read your messages, select the ‘settings’ menu and then go to the ‘messages’
submenu via the home page of your box.
These messages are informative, it is not possible to respond via your interface.
Pleasecontact customer services should you have any questions.
The last received message will be highlighted in your mailbox. This is the rst message
on the list and it will be written in pink.
Use the arrow keys on the central keypad of your remote central to navigate through
your messages. Then press ‘ok’ to read your message and ‘back’ to return to the
homepage of your mailbox.
An icon in the shape of an eye will appear before the read messages. You cannot
reply to messages from your interface.
