changing the
purchasecode
The default purchase code is ‘0000’. This option allows you
tochange the purchase code.
changing the parental code The parental code is that which you created during the
installation of the box. To change it, you must enter the parental
code 2 times. This must always be different from ‘0000’.
parental control level Access to programmes may be limited thanks to the level of
parental code. Once the level is selected, all programmes
with CSA* rating (-16, -18...) or above this level will be locked.
Access will require the parental code.
locking channels Access to a channel list can be limited by locking them.
They will be accessible only after introducing the parental code.
To do this, browse the list of channels in this menu and press
‘ok’ on the remote control to lock/unlock a channel. A padlock
appears next to a locked channel. Then conrm the channel list
you have selected.
Remember to lock the SD channel and HD channel when the
channel is broadcast in both formats on different channels.
Audio outputs
Depending on your equipment, you can enable or disable certain audio outputs or
adjust the settings.
HDMI digital audio out To enable or disable audio on the HDMI digital output.
digital audio on S/PDIF To enable or disable audio on the digital output S/PDIF.
analogue audio outputs To enable or disable audio on the SCART and RCA.
Dolby digital sound This menu allows you to enable or disable audio in Dolby Digital
(AC3) format on the HDMI output.
Be sure to check the compatibility of your television set
or HDMI amp before activating Dolby Digital. If the equipment
connected in HDMI on your box is not compatible with Dolby
Digital and you enable this option, you will have no sound output
on programmes in Dolby Digital (HD channels).
If you have enabled Dolby Digital (AC3) audio, youcannot
adjust the volume with the remote control of your box.
Youmust use the remote control of your television set or
yourhomecinema.
You can check if your HDMI equipment supports Dolby Digital
by going to the ‘system info/HDMI’ menu.
