5. Activate (close) the drain valve in the service
programme. Activate another of the water valves and
verify the drain valve function.

according to the instructions under
error code WATER IN DRUM later
in this troubleshooting section.
6. Verify that the level hose is not damaged, bent,
blocked and has not come lose from the T-joint, drum,
programme unit card A1 or level guard B2.
Level hose OK Defective level hose
Fit the hose correctly or replace it.
Level detector on programme unit card A1 probably
defective.
• Entertheserviceprogrammeandverifythat 
the level indication is stable.
• Blowintothelevelhoseandcheckthelevelindication
increases.
• Checkthelevelsystemforleakage.
