Troubleshooting
INTERLOCK STATUS
The motor controller does not receiving an
interlock signal during programme operation.
If the power is on, be very careful when
working on the the machine.
Switch off the machine for at least 30 seconds
to ensure the motor controller has been comple-
tely reset. Then try to start the machine again. If
the error returns, troubleshoot as follows:
1. Measure the interlock signal on the motor controller
U1:X302.
No signal Signal OK
Troubleshoot the motor
controller.
2. Measure the signal on the I/O card 1 interlock bus
A11:X10.
No signal Signal OK
Troubleshoot the cabling
between the motor
controller and programme
unit. Inspect the cabling
and replace if necessary.
Troubleshoot the interlock circuits.
