detect
Parameters:
interface: the interface to use for the detection. The interfaces must have been
configured first. The possible values are:
o serial1: detection on serial port 1
o serial2: detection on serial port 2
o serial3: detection on serial port 3
o ethernet1: detection on the ethernet 1 port
o ethernet2: detection on the ethernet 2 port
max devices: optional. Maximum number of devices to detect. If this parameter is left
out, the detection continues until the end of all possible searches. Otherwise the
detection stops as soon as a sufficient number of devices have been detected on the
interface.
Responses:
When the detection completes successfully, the following message is returned:
SunSpec detection finished in <counter> seconds.
<devices> detected and added.
The detection completed successfully in “counter” seconds. “devices” indicates the number
of detected devices.
If a detection is running and a new detection is requested, the following message is
returned:
SunSpec detection already in progress.
The detected errors will be the following:

The number of parameters is invalid:
Invalid detection parameters
3.3.7 “factory” reset command
The “factory” command is used to reinitialise the concentrator. The configuration files and the
device acquisition data are deleted and the product is rebooted immediately.
