Please contact your SIM card provider to find out what information to enter to
configure the modem.
The PIN code status gives information about the SIM code which can be:
PIN code status
Description
PIN code OK
The modem can access the SIM card. Either the SIM card PIN
code is correct or the SIM card has no PIN code.
PIN code Required
The SIM card expects a code. The code must be entered in the
“PIN code” field
Unknown
Miscellaneous modem errors.
PUK code required
The SIM card is locked due to too many incorrect attempted
codes.
SIM card not inserted
There is no SIM card in the concentrator.
If the SIM card has an activated PIN code and the PIN code entered into the
concentrator is incorrect, the SIM card can lock.
It can be unlocked using a mobile phone using the PUK code provided by the
operator.
