Maintenance Procedures
Spray Down Filters - Check / Clean
Standard Tank
The spray down fluid pump and filter are located on rear of main frame, forward of discharge
conveyor.
1. Lower discharge conveyor.
2. Place a container under filter/water trap (1).
NOTICE: Do not allow contaminants to enter system.
Thoroughly clean area around filter before disconnecting.
3. Remove filter/water trap (1), clean filter/water trap,
and install.
To clean, unscrew filter base and pull screen out to
check for blockage. Clean strainer if needed and re-
assemble.
4. Replace components if damaged.
60 Gallon Tank (Optional)
1. Place a container under filter (1).
