Maintenance Procedures
Sprocket Locations
Elevator Headshaft Sprockets
1. Fully raise elevator.
2. Engage both lift stops.
3. Turn engine off and remove ignition key.
4. Perform sprocket inspection.
Elevator Footshaft Sprockets
1. Lower elevator completely and fully open dump
hopper baffle.
2. Turn engine off and remove ignition key.
3. Perform sprocket inspection.
Storage Conveyor Headshaft Sprockets
1. Open both headshaft inspection covers.
2. Turn engine off and remove ignition key.
3. Perform sprocket inspection.
WARNING
Falling load can crush.
Never work under lifted load unless load is securely supported to prevent
falling.
