WARNING
Injury Hazard: Before you operate the engine make sure that no
personnel are near the flywheel.
39) In WECS−9520 manual control panel (on the local control panel), push the
SLOW TURNING button (4618−1, Local Control Panel, paragraph 2.1). The
engine will slowly turn one time (see also Slow Turning 0220−1).
40) Make sure that at the location where you want to start the engine, the related
WECS−9520 control panel has control (e.g. the bridge, control room or local
control panel).
41) Tell personnel on the bridge that the engine is prepared for operation.
