Type 2
Type 2 is a three-wire GlowStop configuration recommended for “three-
wire” generators that don’t require a dedicated preheat signal, such as
Onan generators. In this configuration, the start signal is applied for
longer because the generator does its own preheat and cranking while the
start signal is applied.
