When setting a value in n023, the decimal point position
selected will also automatically affect all of the Frequency
Reference Memory Settings (n024 thru n030 ; see Table A1-1).
EXAMPLE:
n023 factory setting: 0000
n030 (Jog) factory setting: 006.0 (6 Hz)
n023 changed to 2
