Installing the MLB and Top PCBA
1. Connect the Top PCBA to the
MLB.
2. Angle the two PCBA’s into the
mounting bracket and place
the MLB under the tab (where
shown).
3. Snap the boards into the bracket
ensuring that they are secured
by the tab on the opposite side
of the bracket.
4. Verify that the PCBA’s are seated
properly in the bracket using the
four (4) tabs (circled).
5. Connect the radio antenna
located on the Top PCBA.
6. Install the DC Jack Board and
Micro USB Board using a T-8
driver (2.5 +/- 1 in. lb.). Connect
the cables for each board to J25
and J23 respectively.
