Change the Fuel Filter Cartridge
DANGER: The filter element should never be pre-filled. There is a risk of the fuel system
contamination.
Hydraulic Oil Filter and Engine Oil Filter Cartridge
Remove clamps when twist protection mounted
(optional).
Loosen and unscrew filter with tool (order no.: 0189
9142)
Catch any escaping fuel.
Clean the sealing surface of the filter support with
a lint-free, clean cloth.

Lightly apply fuel on the sealing of the new original
ZETOR filter element.
Manually screw on the new filter until the sealing
gets touches the sealing surface and tighten of: 10
- 12 Nm.
Fasten clamps of the twist protection (optional).
Vent the fuel system.

Remove the filter with a wrench or a filter installation aid.
To replace it, apply oil on the sealing, manually place it
until the sealing touches the sealing surface, and then
rotate it another 2/3 turn to tighten. Check for leaks.
